To confirm your booking, our google form must be completed and submitted. With this in place an invoice will be sent so the £100 deposit can be paid which will secure your booking (Please note this deposit is non-refundable or transferable)
Confirmation and balance of payment for any party must be made 14 days prior to your event. This must be submitted with our final form and attendance list
The professional party leader & team will host, lead, entertain and accommodate the birthday child and their guests, making this completely stress free!(Please note, all parties are planned and tailored to numbers, ages of the children and adults attending)
With a warm and friendly welcome, we meet and greet you and your guests, hanging up coats, receiving birthday gifts to be placed onto our present table
Everyone will be guided into the party studio, meeting our party team, showing parents a seat, as well as encouraging the children to join in the soft play during the free play time as guests gradually arrive. This allows the children to settle into the party studio with our team interacting with the children. (This is hosted between 30 - 45 minutes)
The party leader will introduce themselves, and our team, to say a big "hello" to everyone, bringing attention to the birthday child, wishing them a very happy birthday, encouraging and creating the party vibe!
All guests are guided to a seat, where the children will receive the options of our freshly prepared cold finger party buffet, accommodating all allergies and dietary requirements - please click here children's menus available
Adult refreshments are served during food time by a member of our team.
We light up the candles on the cake and sing Happy Birthday to the birthday child. The cake is then taken away to be portioned & packed, while ice-cream is then served (Food time is between 25 - 40 minutes)
Let the party begin… with pass the parcel, followed by a fun range of musical movement, lots of props and bubbles, all tailored and suitable to the children attending (Party Time is between, 30 - 40 Minutes)
We stage a group photo to include the birthday child and their guests, handing out party bags, as well as giving every child a "well done" sticker for their partying!
It is then time to say "goodbye".
The birthday cake has already been cut and portioned ready to hand out to the adults to take home as they all leave the party
